McGarry’s Pub is excited to Host a five-course Wine Dinner Pairing Executive Chef Garrett Hess’s creations on the Flavors of Paris in Springtime with Wine Coach Dave Lund’s unique wine pairings and insights on the region and French wine.

1st Course

Grilled Asparagus, bacon lardons, pea tendrils, soft boiled egg, grainy mustard vinaigrette

Wine pairing: Champagne Jean-Noel Haton

2nd Course

Wild caught seared sea scallop, spring peas, red Belgian endive, lemon vinaigrette, drizzle of local honey, fresh chives

Wine pairing: William Fevre Chablis Champs Royaux     

Domaine Thomas & Fils Sancerre La Crele

3rd Course

Red wine braised chicken, roasted sweet baby onions, spring carrots and wild mushrooms, braising jus, microgreens

Wine pairing: Marie de Beauregard Chinon  &

Chateau de Saint-Amour (Beaujolais grand cru)

4th Course

Roasted beef tenderloin, french fried fingerling potatoes, sauteed french green beans, bearnaise sauce, fresh tarragon.

5th Course

Fresh baked profiterole, lemon curd, blueberry coulis, fresh blueberries, whipped cream, toasted almonds, mint
