Beer Dinner with Third Street Brewhouse

We’re having a Beer Dinner featuring another fabulous 5 course menu by Executive Chef James Leeder-Botnan paired with 5 great brews from Third Street Brewhouse. Brew Master Karl Schmitz will lead us on the history, brews, and Fun at Third Street Brewhouse. First Course

Beer cheese soup made with Third Street Minnesota Gold. Three Cheese blend, served with House made soft Pretzel Pairing: Minnesota Gold

Second Course

Grilled watermelon and cucumber salad, jalapeno, honey dew vinaigrette, manchego cheese, spinach, arugula and frisee mix Pairing: Honey Doo

Third Course

Skin on crispy Rainbow Trout, Lemon Beurre Monte, Frenso cheese, crispy yellow and red onions, herbs. Pairing: Sunseeker

Fourth Course

Pork tenderloin, Potato Puree, chive, red onion, shaved Brussels spout salad, with spicy orange vinaigrette. Pairing: Hop Lift IPA

Fifth Course

Black Forest cake with Cherry Anglais, espresso mousee, espresso mascarpone cream.

Pairing: Cool Beans.
