Bushmills 10 Year Old is a single malt whiskey. It is aged for a minimum of 10 years in select bourbon oak casks and a select number of oloroso sherry casks, developing its full flavor, character and hue. It is triple-distilled in copper pot stills for exceptional smoothness. The malted barley is dried in a closed kiln without peat, resulting in a clean, un-smoky taste.

Named after a famous racehorse that won a legendary race at odds of 100 to 1, The Tyrconnell single malt is characterized by its elegant and balanced taste profile. It retains the smooth, sweet taste normally associated with Irish whiskey but with its own distinctive character. The result is a beautifully fresh, malty, fruity bouquet, smooth sweet taste and delicate dry finish. The Tyrconnell is one of the most celebrated Irish whiskeys ever produced, winning a gold medal at the Great Taste Awards in 2009, and the gold medal and best in class at IWSC 2009.

Triple-distilled in copper pot stills and then aged in bourbon oak casks for twelve years, Knappogue Castle 12-year-old is a mellow, well rounded single malt. The nose offers rich, malty notes of grain, accented by hints of pepper and spice. The palate is balanced, focused and smooth, with complex flavors of brown sugar, vanilla, oak and marzipan backed by elegant fruit notes.

A single malt, matured in bourbon casks and then uniquely finished in sherry, port and Madeira casks. This is Ireland’s only four-wood whiskey, rich in fruit flavors and malt character.

Black Bush is a special blend that combines a uniquely high proportion of malt whiskey, matured in former oloroso sherry casks, with a sweet, batch-distilled grain whiskey. This unique recipe gives Black Bush rich fruity notes and deep intense character, balanced by a unique smoothness.

The Jameson masters carefully select a high proportion of single Irish pot still whiskey and a rare small batch grain whiskey, matured in flame-charred bourbon barrels and toasted sherry casks for 12 years.

John Powers and Sons began production in 1791; in 1886, they were one of the first to bottle their whiskeys in Ireland. This full-flavored classic Irish whiskey is considered the father of Irish whiskeys.
