McGarry’s Pub is excited to Host a five-course Wine Dinner Pairing Executive Chef Garrett Hess’s creations on the Flavors of Paris in Springtime with Wine Coach Dave Lund’s unique wine pairings and insights on the region and French wine.

1st Course

Grilled Asparagus, bacon lardons, pea tendrils, soft boiled egg, grainy mustard vinaigrette

2nd Course

Wild caught seared sea scallop, spring peas, red Belgian endive, lemon vinaigrette, drizzle of local honey, fresh chives

Wine pairing: William Fevre Chablis Champs Royaux

3rd Course

Red wine braised chicken, roasted sweet baby onions, spring carrots and wild mushrooms, braising jus, microgreens

4th Course

Roasted beef tenderloin, french fried fingerling potatoes, sauteed french green beans, bearnaise sauce, fresh tarragon.

5th Course

Fresh baked profiterole, lemon curd, blueberry coulis, fresh blueberries, whipped cream, toasted almonds, mint

McGarry’s Pub is excited to Host a five course Wine Dinner Pairing Executive Chef Garrett Hess’s creations on the flavors of Argentina and Wines from the Meschini Family Vineyards. Wayzata native and owner Eugenio Meschini will share their story and describe each of the wines.

          20 tickets available by pre-purchase @ $90.

1st Course:  Beef empanadas, fire roasted red pepper puree, fresh lime, fresh cilantro

Wine pairing: Malbec Reserva

2nd Course: Grilled chorizo sausage, tomato, sweet onion and olive salad, fresh cilantro

3rd Course: Pan roasted Chilean sea bass, grilled sweet corn, sweet pepper and potato salad, lime vinaigrette, fresh chives
